Q: Do you Ship Internationally?

  • At this time, Dead Drift is unable to ship to our international customers. We have been disappointed by the handling of international shipments and will continue to search for an acceptable delivery method.  We apologize for the inconvenience.

Q: Can I change or cancel my order?

  • At this time, we are unable to change an order after it has been placed.

  • If you'd like to add items to your order you can place a new order on DeadDriftFly.com.

  • If you'd like to make a return once you receive your order, you can view our return instructions page Here

Q: Do you have any coupons or discounts?

  • We try to offer the best price to our Customers at all times. We strive to only carry quality products that are worth your hard-earned dollar. Unfortunately, we cannot honor expired codes or those found on third-party discounts, coupons, or promotional websites.

  • The best way to find out about any valid promotions or sales is directly through our email newsletter!

Q: Can I include a gift receipt or gift message with my order?

  • Unfortunately, we do not offer the option to include a gift receipt/message with your order.

Q: Do you offer gift wrapping?

  • We do not currently offer gift wrapping for orders, so please plan accordingly!

Q: What shipping methods do you offer?

For orders heading to the contiguous 48 US states, We have the following shipping options at checkout:

  • USPS Priority

  • USPS First Class

PO Box information will be required for areas that do not offer postal service (USPS) Delivery.

DEAD Drift does not offer expedited shipping options for international orders or those heading to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, or APO/DPO/FPO addresses.

Q: Tracking shows as delivered, but I don’t have my package. What do I do?

  • Trying to find your package? Sorry — this can happen sometimes! Occasionally a carrier will tag a package as delivered before it's been physically dropped off.

  • Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes, mailbox, and mail room to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also, please ask any neighbors, housemates, concierges, and coworkers (if delivered to work) if they may have received it for you.

  • If your package still hasn’t turned up 7 days after the delivery date shown in your tracking information, please contact us.

Q: Can you delay shipping my order?

  • We are not currently able to delay shipping an order. 

  • If it’s not possible for someone to be present to receive an order for you, we would recommend waiting to place it until it's convenient to receive it.


Returns-

Q: How do I make a return?

Please click the link below to begin the process for returns within the U.S.

U.S. RETURNS:

  • To start your return, you'll need the order reference number (e.g. R123456789) and the shipping zip code

  • be sure to include your packing slip and return form in the package; if you no longer have your packing slip and return form, please leave a note with your name, email address registered on Dead DRIFT, order reference number, and note if you are wanting an exchange or return

  • Please keep your return tracking information until your refund has been issued — this is important for our team to track your return. Please reach out to us at sales@deaddriftfly.com with any further questions. CLICK HERE TO START A RETURN (US only)

    Please note: refunds for returns may take up to 5-10 days for processing upon arrival at our warehouse.

    International returns:

  • We cannot create a prepaid shipping label for outside the U.s. territories.

  • International Customers are responsible for paying for the return shipping.

Q: Can I exchange for a different size?

  • For orders delivered to US addresses, you can make an exchange for a new size or color through our returns portal below depending on the availability of your desired item:

  • be sure to include your packing slip and return form in the package; if you no longer have your packing slip and return form, please leave a note with your name, email address registered on Dead DRIFT, order reference number, and write that you are wanting and exchange

    Once the return for your original item has been completed, your exchange order will be processed. Please note exchange orders cannot be guaranteed. We recommend returning your original item as soon as possible for the best chance to get your desired size/color.

    If your item is not available for exchange, you can return your item for a refund using the same link above and sign up for a restock notification on the product page at deaddriftfly.com.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

    For orders delivered to international addresses, we do not currently offer direct merchandise exchanges. Instead, please return the unwanted item to us (see Here) Then place a new order for the different size or color. 

    If the item has changed in price since your original purchase, please contact our support team at sales@deaddriftfly.com after placing your new order with the new order number and we will be happy to honor the original price on the new size.

  • Located at bottom of a Dead Drift Newsletter Email you will find the option to unsubscribe in the footer.

  • Regardless of being subscribed or not to dead drift emails, you will always receive an email order confirmation and shipment notification after placing an order
